Medical Fiberglass Splint

Unique-technology Fiberglass orthopedic splint is fiberglass cloth impregnated with a poly urethane resin,upper and lower with hydrophobic non-woven fabric. 

Splints are hard wraps used to support and protect injured bones, ligaments, tendons, and other tissues. It help broken bones heal by keeping the broken ends together and as straight as possible. UT1 (7.5cm×30cm),   UT2(7.5cm×90cm), UT3(10cm×75cm),   UT4(10cm×60cm)

UT5(12.5cm×75cm),  UT6(12.5cm×115cm), UT7(15cm×75cm),  UT8(15cm×115cm)


*Choose the right size splint and wear surgical gloves.

*Immerse the bandage into the room temperature water for 4 to 6 seconds, and squeeze several times.

*Squeeze out the access water and wrap the splint on the injured part spirally by gauze bandage or elastic bandage to secure and mold it freely.

*Stay for 10 minutes to wait the tape moulding.

*Splint can be removed with common scissors
